Why Bone & Marrow
Humans are incredibly efficient at extracting micronutrients from bovine bone and marrow. After all, it’s something our ancestors and early humans did for millions of years.
In fact, our ancestors used to crack open long bones to get to the treasured marrow, and they swallowed bone fragments while gnawing on meat. Those bone fragments served as their primary source of calcium. Bone & Marrow offers a convenient alternative, giving you a way to access all the benefits of consuming fresh grass-fed whole bone matrix, without the hassle.
How to Use Bone & Marrow Capsules
-
Instructions
Take four capsules per day, or up to eight capsules per day if you suffer from severe micronutrient deficiencies or have increased nutritional requirements (e.g., due to your active lifestyle). Children can take two capsules per day, depending on their weight. Consistent and long-term use produces the best results. Ask us if you need help determining the right dosage.

Important Note
Many synthetic multivitamin supplements contain significantly higher concentrations of vitamins and minerals. That's because your body doesn't absorb most of those nutrients due to their poor bioavailability. However, the nutrients in freeze-dried organ meats and bones are highly absorbable, so you don't need excessive amounts. Additionally, it's virtually impossible to overdose on nutrients from real-food sources.
Benefits of Daily Use
Continuous use is crucial for obtaining the maximum benefits from this supplement. Sign up for a subscription to ensure you never run out of Bone & Marrow!
-
Strong Bones and Teeth
The type of calcium found in whole bone (MCHA) promotes bone healing, remodeling, strengthening and mineral composition. Calcium and phosphorus also play an important role in tooth mineralization. In fact, 85% of the body’s phosphorus is found in bones and teeth. By consuming adequate amounts of calcium and phosphorus (in an appropriate 2:1 ratio), you can support your bone and dental health.
-
Blood Health
Bone marrow is a rich source of stem cells that develop into red blood cells, white blood cells or platelets, which play important roles in oxygen transportation and blood clotting. By consuming bone marrow you can support your body in maintaining healthy levels of those blood cells.
-
Immune System
The stem cells in bone marrow play an important part in the innate and adaptive immune response. For example, some stem cells release molecules that reduce viral replication and reduce hypercytokinemia and inflammation induced by the immune system. By consuming bone marrow you can support your immune system optimally.
-
Cellular Health
Aside from calcium, phosphorus is the most abundant mineral in the human body and is a vital factor in cellular growth, repair and maintenance. It’s also involved in the production of the genetic building blocks DNA and RNA. By consuming adequate amounts of phosphorus from animal-based sources, such as bones, you optimally support your cellular health.
-
Energy Production
Phosphorus helps the body make adenosine triphosphate (ATP), a molecule the body uses to store energy. Producing sufficient ATP is a key requirement for maintaining optimal energy levels and athletic performance. Consuming adequate amounts of phosphorus from animal-based sources helps your body perform with peak energy.
-
Muscle Recovery
Inadequate phosphorus levels can cause muscle weakness and muscle pain after strenuous exercise. By consuming adequate amounts of phosphorus from animal-based sources, you can help your muscles contract optimally and promote better post-workout recovery.
